- Communicating directly with clients.
- Providing excellent consulting services, maintaining customer satisfaction and a professional standard.
- Train companies on how to operate their seller account.
- Help clients grow their business on Alibaba.com.
- Work within a highly-challenging environment to meet specific KPIs.
- Apply your skills of Conflict Resolution, Interpersonal Communication and Client-Dealing.
- Work as part of a team to delegate tasks among the respective departments.
Requirements:
- Past experience in a customer service or client facing role preferred
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms
- 0-1 year of client facing experience
- Resourceful and adaptable in meeting each client’s particular needs
- Should be eager to learn and have a collaborative spirit
- Ensure projects are handled efficiently and on schedule
