Responsibilities
- Ensure quality parameters and guidelines of every phone call.
- Assist clients in acquiring ongoing discounts and packages of Alibaba.com.
- Conduct inbound calls to respected exporters from all over Pakistan.
- Attend all required research and training to keep the client updated about Alibaba.com offers and packages.
Requirements:
- Past familiarity with inbound sales and e-commerce work.
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms.
- 0-1 year of client facing experience
- Extremely proficient in English speaking and writing
- Resourceful and adaptable in meeting each client’s particular needs
- Should be eager to learn and have a collaborative spirit
- Ensure projects are handled efficiently and on schedule
